Review summary

this cruise was over good. We did more of the activities than before. Our children lacked entertainment for their group ages. The slide didn't interest them as much, was hard for them to slide down. The pool needs to be larger, but overall was enough.

we arrived at 11:30 for a 12:30 boarding and waited for over 2 hours in the hot blazing sun. This experience ruined my interest in going with Carnival again.

the lines were extremely long in comparison to other trips we have gone on. The variety of food at the buffet was VERY LIMITED and not appealing to our taste buds.

the big disappointment was the SALSA entertainers. Very boring and not entertaining, They were not motivating enough to interest us in staying for their entire performance, The other shows were amazing, The steel drums -AWESOME!! The dance shows - AWESOME Ship Director - AMAZING, AWESOME Veterans show- AWESOME!!

Sagar - was absolutely phenomenal. Always attentive to us. everywhere we saw him on the ship not matter which dinning location he remembered our names and always greeted us with a smile and always came back to our table until we left the dining area. Always a pleasure to see him. Owen - was magnificent!!! He was very attentive to our needs and wants. He went above and beyond what was expected. He brought us a replacement for the cooler n the room for my medication. He always made our room a pleasure to come back to. He also gave me a $50.00 gift card for my birthday to use at the spa. He made me feel special. Thank you OWEN!!! The spa I felt tricked me into something i didnt ask for, I wanted a hot stone massage and got some kind of deep cleansing something I didnt ask for, And once I didnt purchase what she recommended she ended up changing my charge amount from 149.99 to 159.99. At that point I decided i wont be using them anymore, she was very pushy on extras she wanted me to purchase, Here is would put a 3 stars for the spa staff.

the room was very spacious but i hit my head many times sitting up with the side beds right over my head. Other than the layout of the over head beds,they room was great. Always clean thanks to Owen,
