Ship is one I would not recommend. Employees were great pleasant polite and couldn’t be nicer. Food fair sorry

Paperwork fast and easy done in advantage. Had disabled 95 year old and elevator broken was taken on long walk to another elevator. Not a good start

Fitness centers, pool to crowded, water slide broken, casino too smoky, shows were great. Felipe excellent

Very entertaining, great. Felipe always smiling and very entertaining himself. He truely loves his job

In a suite with broken shower track. Glad I didn’t get cut. Cooler refrig didn’t keep drinks cold

Definitely need a overhaul to entire ship. Room clean but need new rugs shower fixed cooler fix.

Redesign ship and fix broken showers and coolers. Disappointed for a suite

Had a disabled passenger and written letter was told to go to Caribbean lounge but when we got their was told we had to go to Atlantic. Mass people you couldn’t get a wheelchair moving
