Review summary

Not happy with this cruise since day 1. The drinks were poor quality. The food was halfway cooked at all buffets. The interaction amongst crew members and guests were very limited. Overall was not entirely impressed hopefully this ship steps their game up because until then I will not be going on the victory again.

The food was only ok, it was not something that I was impressed with. The drinks however were terrible. Every drink that I had from my drink package seemed like there was no alcohol in it. Every drink was poured light and tasted like nothing but soda. Also while on the pool deck in my past experience there were servers walking around handing out drinks. I did not receive 1 drink while sitting at the pool all 4 days. In the casino where I spent almost 1000 dollars it took over 30 min to receive each drink and 1 drink never even got to me. this was very poor service this trip and I was extremely disappointed. Hope it gets better because I'm not going on the victory again.

Room wasn't too bad trash can in bathroom was not emptied one night, beds were made in the morning, no service was provided after that. The beds and sheets were clean every day which was nice and only had enough towels to take 1 shower each but had enough hand towels for 1 week.

Ship tip

Let them know that getting off the ship takes forever. The food is only somewhat decent at the sit down restaurant. Don't buy the drink package unless your going to the martini bar for everything.

Your room steward would have happily provided additional towels for you if you had asked. There haven't been servers around the pools for a while now. And spending money in the casino doesn't entitle you to better service.

Interesting.. Been on victory twice with no problems... And besides.. Vacation is to relax not mingle...
