Getting on and off the ship was the worst I have ever encountered

I am platinum and we did not board until after 1:30 pm when we were supposed to board at 11:30 and parking was terrible. There were only 3 parking places left in puddles of water. If I had not gone to the back of the lot I could have not gotten to park. We docked at a different dockwe

We docked at a different dock coming back and I had to walk a long way to get my vehicle I had had a total knee replacement. I then had to figure out how to get back to pick up my other passengers. The signs were very hard to follow.

Great trip yet again
