Review summary

I have been on multiple cruises and this one, by far, was very disappointing The comments above explain why. I am also a travel agent, and this cruise will have me questioning sending my customers on Carnival in the future.

Very very disappointed. Minimal options and variety in dining room The buffet hours were not accommodating to all the late evening activities. The free options for room.service were lacking and having to pay after 10pm was disappointing.

Jets in tub did not work. Bed connection shifted often and made it obvious we were in two beds placed together, which I have never noticed in the past on cruises.

I don't believe for one second this person has been on many cruises and just now noticed the beds are 2 pushed to one. What did they think they roll in What you require by the cruise? Come on now mate

Did you try the food in the MDR? It is usually very good. I find that there is always at least 6 different entree to choose from. The full buffet doesnt stay open all night, only a portion of it. The majority of people tend to eat between 5-9 when the full buffet is open. Did you ask for a repair on the tub? If they couldn't fix it they would have offered you a percentage off. Did you ask the steward to fix the bed?

Gracious, you ate at the buffet, the MDR, and then ordered room service.. maybe your next trip you should just set up a tent in golden corral

Looking at your profile it doesn't show that you've been on any cruises other than this one. Being a travel agent I would expect you to know that the weather can always be problematic. You must have known how long the cruise ship was going to be in Key West and plan accordingly. I don't see how either of these problems can be blamed on Carnival
