Review summary

I did like being on the water and enjoying the sunset, drink package is a decent deal..but way overcrowded, they maximized it to full capacity. Felt too stuffy. Food sub par, rooms were clean, service staff super nice. with how much cruise industry is they skimp on quality

We had to wait till 1:30 to put our things in the room, very crowded.

The food in the dining rooms were sub par. Very little change to the menu quality was not like it used to be. The best was the unhealthy fresh burger and taco stand and pizza.

Living in America play was slightly offensive because America is not based off of football corn fields Chicago NYC... sports in general. Skimpy costumes not okay to take young children.

Room service is no longer included with the full menu and staff was lovely very nice bar tenders need to work on their speed or hire more help. (This ship was too big and at maximum capacity to have two bar tenders at each bar)

Smelled of smoke all over but people don't respect non smoking areas. Rooms were cleaned well. Food areas were maintained.

Ship tip

Be prepared for A lot of people don't go thinking you can enjoy peace and quiet. It's definitely not for you if you're not okay with crowds. The pools are ALWAYS FULL. WE DIDN'T GET IN ONCE.

My only negative review is we only were there in the morning.... people it's the keys nothing gets popping till noon. There are no beaches so if water is what you seek book an excursion.

Beautiful port lots of tourist stuff but scary to go off the beaten path keep your purse close.
