Review summary

I am very upset I didn't get my on board credit, I had several dirty drinks, and the people at guest services told me that platinum and diamond customer are a priority and they come first even if the non priority customer have been waiting in line over 30 minutes and have to wait longer if they come up to the line, very unprofessional, carnival is the only ship I have cruised on and I don't plan on spending another dine of my money to cruise on this ship ever again.

My room attendant gets a dive star he was great. Everyone else had attitudes if u didn't buy a drink from them or they came around 50 times to ask if you wanted a drink.

Cabin was clean didn't like the two twin beds put together that eventually seperated.

I wouldn't recommend it if you have children, or go on a budget,

Next time purchase Faster to the Fun (FTTF) and you will get priority as well. It's only $50 per cabin. I do NOT and REFUSE to cruise without it.

Yes, cruising many times with any cruiseline has its perks.... most all of your complaints are the same for every cruiseline... so likely cruising isnt for you.

Yes, Platinum and Diamond cruisers are priority and can walk up to the desk w/o standing in line. I could believe one glass was dirty, but “several”? I don’t think so. Cruising may not be your cup of tea.
