Review summary

Huge dissapointment considering the very good experience last year on the Valor. Staff was concerned with making money as opposed to making this vacation fun. Crew had a very stand of approach to customers and when asked a question the common answer was i dont know i just started.

We were on Victory in April and loved it compared to Valor. Strange how we all have different experiences.

Victory is my least favorite of them all. It almost seemed as though I was on a different cruise line.
