Review summary

This is one of the shortest cruises we have taken.  The only complaint I have is that the "day at sea" activities were rather lacking.  Bingo?  Not for us.  Sitting in the hot sun?  Nah...We spent the majority of the day on our balcony, or eating.  The music was very good, and the musicians were more than willing to play requested songs.  The Latin music band, and the steel drum musician, were awesome!

We took my 88 year old mother, and we booked a suite.  It was an awesome cabin!  There was a "dressing area" space where we could get dressed out of sight of the others (without using the bathroom).  There was also a bathtub, which my mom enjoyed.  The balcony was roomy enough to fit up to 4 people comfortably.

The service in the dining room was excellent.  We went there for breakfast every day, and I don't know why anyone would go to the buffet on the Lido deck, when you can have good food and awesome service in the dining room.  The dinner staff was excellent also.  I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed.

The stops (Key West and Cozumel)  were fun and enjoyable.

The balcony was quite large, big enough for 4 chairs and two little tables. There was a dressing area for some privacy. The suite was spacious. I don't know about other ships, but the suite we had was big enough for my husband, my mom, and me. We were very near the elevators in the middle of the ship. The only complaint I have is that the music from the 3rd floor public area was very loud in the evenings. My mom and husband slept through it, but it kept me up at times. I felt that it was a good trade-off because we were so close to the elevators (for my elderly mom). I was impressed with the suite's spaciousness. I would stay in this cabin again.

Ship tip

It is not a huge ship, so it is easy to get around.
