Review summary

this was our first cruise and it was just alright. The rooms are a little out dated. the tv did not work and it was an all style tv in the cabin. We book the cabin with the balcony but was really disappointed in the quality of the cabin. The customer service on the ship itself was really slow and never answered the phone. Every questions you have you might as well walk down and stand in line to get any information otherwise you will be calling for at least a half an hour. Some of the server in the dining room were not very friendly or helpful. Would not recommend this cruise ship
