Review summary
Had a great time! Cruise was very well organized overall. Many positives. Dinner service was a bit slow during formal night, took over two hours from start to finish. Following night not much better.
Smoke in the casino area was pretty strong, upgrade on the ventilation system would be great.
Otherwise Key West exceeded expectations and Cozumel was fun. Paddle boarding excursion was cancelled due to weather, but no problems with refunding of fees. Still had a great time at the beach and at the portside restaurants and shops.
Accommodations were very good, cabin was always clean. Food was also very good throughout and plenty of options.
Was family friendly as well. Wondered why so many kids were out of school in mid to late October, but did not see any melt-downs or bad parenting that might be more typical on a Disney Cruise, for example.
A very good experience and would recommend for a novice or someone looking to get away for a long weekend.

Ship tip
Very good value. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend to others. A lot of fun to be had. 4 nights and it felt like I was away for a month, so that speaks volumes!
