Review summary

You should really think TWICE before booking this cruise on the Carnival Victory, it states it was built in 2000 but it seemed more like 1980. The rooms are very small and it's not very convenient to get from one point to another on the ship, you have to go up and down floors to get to the other side of the ship. Now I know why the cruise was so cheap. We paid more for our airfare then we did for the cruise. There was MOLD in our showers.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The main dinning room service was great, the food was just ok. The buffet was horrible and TINY especially for 3000 guests. The lines were crazy.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The comedians were hilarious & I had fun in the casino.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Main dinning staff was great, we had Nigel.

Ship Quality

The decor is very OBNOXIOUS and out of date, There was mold in our shower in both rooms and still remained after several requests to get it cleaned.

Cabin / Stateroom

TINY, TINY, TINY! If you're going to book 3 people in the room think twice, the 3rd person is not on a couch bed but on a bunk bed hanging from the ceiling.

Ports of call

Bridgetown, Barbados

Unfortunately it rained, but last year was beautiful! DO NOT GOTO COCKSPUR BEACH CLUB, we were recommended by our taxi driver and our food was uneatable, we ordered Chicken, it was NOT chicken, there were way to many bones for it to be chicken, our best bet was that it was a pigeon. I'm SERIOUS

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

DONT go to KAOKO CLUB at Orient beach, there are no toilet seats in the bathrooms for the 2nd year in a row. You might want to stay away from the Naked end of the beach, trust me you don't want to see whats on display.

Basseterre, St. Kitts
