Embarkation

Our arrive time was 12. We got there at 11 and were sitting ready to board in 30 minutes. Very easy to park, check in bags and check in for cruise. Very easy and stress free.

Food and Dining

Dining room was fantastic. Buffet was pretty good. Lots of variety each day. Guys burgers are the best. Tomorado the taco place was great. Lots of options. Pizza is 9am to 4 am and is really good. Also a bbq / Mediterranean restaurant on deck 5-6. Pretty solid. Pasta bar is open for lunch but we never went. Heard it was amazing. Breakfast in buffet is average. I’d recommend omelets or the restaurant. We did that each day and it was great. Ice cream machines were great as well.

Onboard Activities

So much to do as always on carnival. If you’re into pop or country make sure to see Kiara. She’s on the ship until October. She’s great. Gym was solid but little small. Never waited for any machine though. Two pools which is nice. Pools and hot tubs are open till midnight each night. So if it’s crowded during day just wait till 6 or later and you may get it all yourself.

Best service I’ve had on a carnival. Michael as our room guy was the best. Knew all our names and both my teens loved the guy. Wanted to tip him daily he was so good. Buffet service was great. Everyone was always coming to grab out dishes as soon as we were done. Restaurant service was decent first night but great the other 4 nights we went.

Plenty of storage for 4 people. Beds and air temp were very comfortable. Sometimes the rooms get hot but this one did not. Cabin very clean.

Ship tip

Little different on the pool deck than most carnival ships. They have like a balcony area overlooking pool that has lots of shade. Very cool we thought.

Said we could get off at 8:30 and we got off right at 8:30. Luggage and in the car pulling off the parking lot before 9am.
