Review summary

I was disappointed by this experience. It had nothing to do with not being able to debark in Bermuda. Crew was not very friendly. In past cruises crew was very accommodating for those with a picky pallet, this time if it was not on the menu you could not get it, even if you knew they had it in the kitchen. Previous cruises they would cater to the guests needs. Did not like how you had to use your phone for everything, should not be forcing people to use their phones, they are on vacation.

Well you must be a very picky eater I had the best experience whit the dinning I ordered my dinner and for some reason I was having trouble swallowing my food so twice the attendant brought me different for so I could have my dinner as far as the phone goes it is call technology and it work great

Wait because they wouldn't rush back into the kitchen to create a totally different meal just 4 you that equates to the crew being unfriendly??? There's lots of options on the menu that can be tailored to your liking without creating a separate menu. Plus, there's so many restaurants to try. Phones? It's technology. Geez!! There's more expensive cruise lines that will cater especially the windstar cruise line which are small luxury ships.

The phone app. is a very helpful tool but you have a choice to use paper through out your cruise. Thanks for sharing

I was on that ship on September. My phone gets put in the safe. They still have fun times in print and menus to hand to you. All you have to do is ask.

Using your phone on ships today is a must. If you don’t like it you will have to give up cruising.
