Review summary

When we arrived the room was not cleaned. When we went to dinner the glass of water was broken. When they assigned us a table and we went, it was busy. When we went to have breakfast and they assigned us a table it was dirty. everything is recorded. what more can I say . My experience was horrible, I hope they do something to change my opinion.

Sigh! It's not the Ritz-Carlton! Your on a cruise where the workers are paid very little. If u want better their are luxury cruise lines carnival is not one of those..lol

Sorry about your unpleasant experiences. If you go to your cabin before the announcement that you can it might not be cleaned yet. Did you enjoy anything?

They are not going to give you money if that’s what you are hoping for. I assume those where the only negative things you could find about the cruise so sounds like a pretty good cruise to me.

You need to mention to their manager or tell guest services to get in touch. Cabins should be cleaned before a certain time. Sorry to hear of your experience.
