This is my second cruise on this ship and I can say they got better, from June 2023 to Aug 2023, but still need lots of work to compare to NCL and Royal

want to give a big shout out to Linda junior restaurant host, for making our day everyday at dinner time, so helpful in making sure that our table was ready with no delay, always smiling and calling us by name, very friendly and funny, did her job well, she was our highlight of the cruise.

Sorry but need to send this ship back to Italy, ship is just too small for all the passengers, our 34th cruise last two on this ship and don't like a close concept dining.
Cabin / Stateroom

lots of closet space and to our surprise it had a shower and a tub in this room, only negative is that the entrance to the room was too narrow.
Ship tip
DON'T they nickel and dime you on this ship, the food is not that good, show is better but still needs work and it's over crowded. PS casino should be smoke free !!!!
Had the best excursion we have ever had, If cruising here look up Hugo bus tours, 10 highlight tour, and ask for STEVE the tour guide, you want this guy, you will have the best time ever, and please don't judge this book by its cover, I almost did and was I wrong, best time ever.
