Review summary

This is the Costa ship brand from Europe, with the Costa logo. If should have been refaced before sailing. It is very compartment blocked off and segregated. the worst ship I ever been on.

Needed to use a wheelchair. Not one arrived in 1.5 hours. Finally walked in -an old 88-year-old lady. lady

40 minute wait in in dining rooms for breakfast and very long long lines in buffet

No children pools. children used hot tubs as pools and crowded in all other small pools.

room steward a great job. all other staff -very slow service due to shortage of staff and crowed ship.

the ship design is terrible. No bars in casino, nightclub or no big pool bar. Pool bar located in corner of ship. Bar service is available, but service is slow.

If you like the other Carnival ships design- the Venezia doesn't live up to the Fun ship experience.

We loved the ship… were on the initial voyage on May 29th. The ship is not designed to be a “Fun Ship”… it is more of a Journey ship with longer sailings.
