We had a great time and can't wait for the next one.

We liked everything about it. We went with friends that had sailed many times before.

We had a super fun time celebrating our 25th anniversary and my 50th Birthday this past week with 10 of our friends. Alchemy bar is where it’s at! We had several crew members who went above and beyond to make our experience so fun. The only real complaint was the food in the main dining. It wasn’t that good. Truthfully, I really only enjoyed three things - the omelettes at breakfast and the salad bars. I also paid extra twice for sushi. Had it not been for the phenomenal cocktails, I would have actually lost weight on this cruise. 😬🤷🏼‍♀️🍹

I got some rest but the ship was not organize some of the staff was not friendly

We had a great cruise. For either a first time cruise or a quick trip I do recommend this trip.

This was my third cruise on the Valor but this time we travel with 7 other peoples. The weather was chilly and rocky on the ship. The crew was great I got to chat with many of them. The crew work very hard to please guests.

We had 4 rooms for 11 travelers. Seven of the travelers were children. We had two rooms that connected for the parents and 4 young children. It was ideal. The other two rooms were just down the hall. Cabin 6363 was very noisy on the first night but I thought perhaps it was just the first night excitement. The room shook and we could hear all the words to the songs being played. I complained the next morning and was given ear plugs. The next night was worse. I went to guest services and asked someone to come to my room. They did and were appalled at the vibration and the noise level. We were offered another room but without a balcony and inside on the lower deck. The final suggestion was that we just "sleep" in the inside room on deck 2. After the second night of torture, we did agree to getting our "sleep" room. We prepared for bed in our regular cabin and then journeyed down to our sleep room the next night. It was not prepared for us. I went once again to complain and it was prepared right away. We were offered two complementary 50 minute Swedish massages as a compensation and my two daughters enjoyed them. However, only one of the massage charges was removed from my bill and the gratuity was not covered. I had to go and speak to guest services about this and was told I need to speak to the SPA. The spa manager said that the tip was not covered which was a disappointment but he could not see my record and did not know why the second massage was not comped. I expressed my disappointment at this and was told that a manager would be contacted. Ultimately, they did comp both massages and the gratuity. On the 5 day cruise, I had to stand in line at guest services for 4 days.

Was a great experience we will probably do again. The staff was amazing always meeting our needs and very friendly. Loved the interaction with the entertainers doing music, the shows were great as was the comedians.

The Carnival Valor is my least favorite ship of any one I have been on. I doubt I would ever sail it again based on the layout and rockiness of the boat. A few weeks ago my husband and I were on Anthem of the Seas in much rougher water and could not feel the motion of the boat. As I mentioned above, I have not seen such dirty windows on a ship. Our balcony glass was cleaned on the last day. Everywhere we went on the ship, the windows and glass were very dirty.

Overall great experience on the ship. The staff was amazing the food was very very good and the entertainment of off the hook. The only thing i don't like is being forced to write this summary before i can submit my review. Maybe you should review your review requirements!!!!!!!!!

The Valor was our first cruise and we loved it! It was a bit confusing to navigate at first but the staff was very helpful. The ship was very clean and organized. Our dinning room staff, Esta, Mr John, and Harta were amazing💜 They always called us by name and were very informative about the menu and various things on the ship. They sang twice to our son for his birthday and made us feel welcome. There were many activities on the ship. We enjoyed it and would sail on it again.

All in all it was an amazing 1st cruise. Aside from the elevator issues we had such a great relaxing vacation. We can't wait til next year for our 2nd!

Went as a family Thanksgiving cruise. The boat was clean and the service was excellent as always. Being it was the end of November, it was too cold for the kids to enjoy the pool but they made the best of other activities.

This is my 14th cruise. I have been on many excursions in the past in Cozumel so we just walked around the shops and ate at "Three Amigos". Our experience for the whole cruise was relaxing and enjoyable... just ate too much. My only dissatisfaction is one that probably will never be remedied not only on the Valor, but any cruise ship with a casino. Cigarette smoke congests me and gives me a headache and I'm not the only one. I like to play the games of chance too, but can only take it for a short period. With all due respect, I understand smokers paid for their cruise, but so did I. They can roam all over the ship and smoke in designated areas and the casino. I can roam all over the ship except the designated smoking areas and casino. When I did try the casino, the smokers would light up, take a drag, then hold the cig by my face... I have friends that smoke and are considerate of others, on a cruise ship... not so much. Otherwise, I had a great time aboard the Valor. Happy cruising to all !!!

This was our first cruise and I must say I would go again on the Valor on any given day!!!..Our cabin steward, I Komang was the greatest! Thx Carnival Valor!

This was our 1st cruise and I will say that we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of it! We've decided to cruise at least once a year. Already looking into our next cruise adventure!! Thanks Carnival Valor for making our 1st experience one to remember!!!!

The Only Complaint I Would Have Is The Smoking In Casino It Was Unbearably I Got Sick The Second Night From Smoke Everything Else Was Great

Ships announcements were long. You cannot hear in the cabins. so you have to stand in the hall. TJ would go on and on. He would say something in 200 word that he could say in 20. Give the info and move on. Other wise Carnival is outstanding. The whole family went. Kids and grandkids were treated like royalty and everyone had a great time.

I think I would prefer to cruise with Norwegian. They seem to offer better activities and entertainment, more variety of food and a better drink package. I might try Royal Caribbean but I don't think I would use Carnival again

TJ the cruise director was AMAZING! Our large group had a great time, the entire time of the cruise. Highly recommend, and would sail again.
