Review summary

The service was so poor in every area that it made a significant impact to our trip. Many guests complained about the service from travelers that have only been on 2 trips to those who cruise with carnival multiple times a year. The guest services reps were very helpful and understanding, but every other group needs to be improved. Very disappointed.

I just got off Carnival Valor and had an amazing time!! Every crew member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Every. Single. One! I even witnessed them being friendly to cruisers who were rude and unnecessarily demanding. Completely shocked at your experience.

We were on this ship just a little over a year ago, and was one the best cruises I have ever been on. The people, service, food, and most of all the staff were impeccable. I’ve been on 9 cruises but only one on the Carnival, which is why we’re sailing to Alaska on Carnival...
