The food quality is going down the drain, Carnival should actually try and offer good food, I understand that this is an economically friendly cruise line, but people still save for extended periods of time to be able to take a cruise and should still receive a quality experience. When food is bland or just doesn’t taste good, there is a bigger percentage of waste! I know they are cooking for thousands of guest, but this is already known and should not be an excuse for not serving “good” food. Almost all the the food was horrible (The Steak house and Guy’s were the 2 exceptions). The first stop was the barbecue and the chicken was very dry and the sauces were watered down. The sea day brunch was our favorite and it was a huge disappointment, the steak tasted weird, no flaming tomato soup, and charging for “organic juice”. The food was pretty much all bland throughout the ship in my opinion.

Onboard Activities

Always same activities! There is a FEE for almost everything. Come to think of it, it’s not that economically friendly when you add in all the additional FEE’s.

I know that there are a lot of 1st timers, but I’m sure they have more repeat cruisers and should take that into consideration when rotating shows.

Most of the staff was ok, my dining staff was great (early dining). Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

Common areas appeared clean. As mentioned previously, our room was terrible!

Cabin / Stateroom

Positive-Location! Very close to the lido deck! The room in general... Terrible! Our room had drinks (cup of juice covered with clear wrap and a carton of milk) in the fridge from the previous guest. Our bedding was stained with mustard and old bedding was stuffed underneath the bed. The shower was FULL OF MOLD🤢🤮 There was trash in the drawer inside the closet🤦🏽‍♀️The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks...all that was just in our tiny state room.Really made you wonder about the food areas....
