My companion is allergic to tomatoes and this was well known... as well we made sure to let all our servers know in advance... and yet there was hit and miss on the cross contamination procedures which resulted in an allergic reaction ruining the experience for us. in point of fact at the deli, which is where the cross contamination took place, the server seemed annoyed when we asked her to put on a fresh set of gloves before handling our food, after explaining the reason for our request... the other server did not change his gloves and proceeded to handle the sandwich previously prepared by the female sever. On the other hand at the Mongolian Wok there where fresh pans used for each order prepared. The hit and missed procedures for avoiding cross contamination , were frustrating to deal with. At dinner after the second night my companion was able to pre order her meal to avoid the issues.

I am truly sorry for your wife’s allergy but perhaps you should just get her food and bring to table instead of blaming everyone else.
