Review summary

Book directly with Carnival DO NOT book with . They are disengaged with the customer service experience. Not only did they not assist during a medical emergency,as I am a conservator but they were unwilling to entertain a conversation. Lost all funds,very bad experience,unfortunately.

Wouldn't Provide Any Assistance on Rescheduling or Other options due to a medical emergency,as I am a conservator. I didn't get to experience my first cruise and lost all of my money.

Unfortunately you had a terrible situation but if you didn't go on the cruise you can't rate the cruise. But you should post about your experience to warn others. Don't bash the cruiseline with a negative review

So why did you rate the cruise 1 star of you didn't get to go? Seems like you should give that rating to Priceline, not Carnival or the ports you were to have visited. Sorry for your horrible experience.I hope you get to experience the magical experience of cruising soon.
