Review summary

Spent a total of $3500 on cruise tickets, airfare, gratuities, alcohol, shore excursion, souvenirs and a couples massage. I feel like that is a lot of money for a 4 day adventure. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll go for a week from now on. We went for an 8 day cruise in December on Royal Caribbean and only spent $2800.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food on Lido deck was disgusting. Enjoyed main dining and Guys Burger Joint but everything else was awful.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Pools are too small, they got overcrowded by 10:00am, Bingo cost $40 to play 3 games. Total ripoff. Couples massage was great until they wanted us to buy $600 worth of creams and diet pills.

DJ Nesta was good. Rest of entertainment in Ivanhoe theater was mediocre.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Lido deck service was nonexistent, Main dining room service was stellar. Casino service in bar and at cash desk was rude.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Lots of wasted space that never gets used. Pools are tiny.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Putrawan, our stateroom attendant, was amazing!!

Ship tip

Don’t waste your money on bottomless bubbles. Take a 12 pack of your own drinks and then you don’t have to stand in bar lines waiting for a coke.

Ports of call

New Orleans, Louisiana

3 out of 5
New Orleans is a very stinky town.

Cozumel, Mexico

Cozumel made this whole trip worth the money! Excellent port and shore excursions. Locals treat you like royalty.
