Review summary

I an disabled and use a scooter most of the time on the ship due to having Multiple Sclerosis, They refused to let me do the behind the scene ship tour because I was on a scooter, I can walk, climb and get around but cannot run. I know what I can do but they judged me and even cancelled a shore excursion .

It's called protecting themselves from liability were you to get injured.

If your on a scooter and can't walk stairs then no you can't do behind the scenes tour.

You'd think that by now they'd be able to not only have it arranged for you to have a scooter at the dock so that you wouldn't have to take yours off ship, but also have at least one tour set up that you could do. Sorry that they did that.
