Review summary

We loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat. Cozumel was beautiful and this cruise is highly recommended for a first time cruise experience. Great experience!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation process was handled well but a little more signage to direct those checking their bags would be helpful.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We really loved the Washington Dining Room and the sushi. The buffet was Ok but where I would rate the dining room at 5 stars, I would only give the buffet 3 stars. We liked the dining experience as well as the food. Loved our waiters. David was superb as were all who waited on our table.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We liked the adult pool area but it got overcrowded by the afternoon. The spa and exercise facilities looked great however we were not on the ship long enough to take advantage of them.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We caught a few shows with Orlando in the Ivanhoe Theater. Orlando was hilarious! Great entertainment!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our 15 year old loved the activities that were available to her and made friends quickly. Great job to the staff who made that possible.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was exceptional. We were in room 6487 and Firbauz, our steward was great. We had a special request for an item for the room and he provided it in a timely manner. David, our head waiter as well as all of our waiters were superb. They were engaged, friendly, efficient and entertaining at showtime. We ate every dinner in the dining room because of them.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Loved the ship. It was well maintained and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was great. We loved coming back to the room after breakfast to find the room made up and a different towel animal on the bed each day. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the aft end of the ship. Beautiful views of the blue waters of the Gulf.

Ship tip

Enjoy the experience. There is something for almost everyone onboard.

Disembarkation

Not enough info in advance about this process and it was a bit disorganized with little direction from staff once we got to the front of the ship.

Nice you enjoyed such a great port. Feel free to return as there are many activities yet to be discovered.
