Review summary

Terrible experience from booking to getting off the ship! Rudest staff EVER, food was horrible and all the hidden fees were ridiculous! The only good thing I can say is the ship was very clean. Because of this experience I will NEVER go on another cruise and if I did it would certainly NOT be with Carnival.

Cabin was nice, plenty big however we chose an evening cleaning and I believe our room was cleaned once. Also, never received the schedule for the day. Not one single day! We had to go get a schedule.

Not viewing it on an android. I have a hard time believing this is a legitimate complaint. And even if it is, what would someone hope to accomplish by complaining on this app? Most of us on here have already cruised or have one scheduled. It's not like I'm going to read this and not go. I understand legitimate problems, but this just smells fishy.

Here's what I think of your experience if the food was horrible maybe your not used to having good food, if the staff was rude maybe you were rude to them, there are no hidden fees, so I say it's not Carnival fault it's all your fault...

There are no hidden fees. They may have fees you didn't know about because you didn't do any research but they're certainly not hidden.
