Although the weather was not the best, the cruise was filled with more than enough activities and events that kept me celebrating my birthday the entire 4 days!  The staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful.

I would have liked to have seen more diversity in the music. A Romanian performer singing Stevie Wonder's hits, although a great voice, was not my idea of Motown.

Marlo, I believe, made sure that we were taken care of. The first day, I was seasick and the second day, my mother was. He made a point to come in and check on us when he noticed we hadn't left the room to be cleaned. The towel animals were nice!

Unless you plan an excursion, there is nothing much left to do. Split the cost of the horse and carriage to get the best rate to tour the city.

Carnival Valor was our first cruise. We're hooked! We are looking forward to our 4th cruise on Carnival Fascination in 3 days.
