The Worst!!!

 I have cruised three times. My first cruise was Carnival Fantasy, it was nice maybe because it was my first cruise and I had nothing to compare it to I thought it was nice.  The second cruise was Disney, it was GREAT!!!! The cleanliness of the boat, food the room which I had a room with a balcony was wonderful. Then this third time, Carnival Valor which sucked and blowed at the same time. I was Very Disappointed!!! The boat is old, no electrical plugs around the bed.  I have a BiPAP machine that I sleep with.  I called guest services, housekeeping no answer from either of those number.  The phone picked up and played some silly music an answering message came on continuously that they would be with me shortly and to keep holding.  After this had played sometime the phone just hung up.  I ended up calling the medical 911 number to explain that I needed a plug so that I could sleep.  I was told that there would be an extension cord sent to my room, to keep this line freed up for emergency calls only.  After I waited 45 mins for the cord to arrived I started the cycle of calling housekeeping and guest services which to no avail they never picked up just an answering message and then they hung up again. I called the medical 911 number again to which they answered and said that housekeeping was on their way. Waiting another 30 minutes no one showed up so I called back again to medical 911 to which the medical person complained again to keep this line free unless this was an emergency, I told them this is an emergency I can not go to sleep without my machine no one else is picking up the phone but you and I have been waiting almost 3 hours.  20 minutes later the cord arrives.  The food on the boat was okay, the cleanliness of the boat was not up to code.  This is my third cruise twice with Carnival and once with Disney.  I will NEVER cruise Carnival again!!!!
