FTTF gives you priority boarding and disembarkation (your position is after Diamond, Platinum, and can't remember if it's before or after suites). You have immediate access to your stateroom upon boarding opposed to the 1:30pm time general passengers have access to cabins. You also have priority boarding on tenders if port requires them to get passengers ashore. This is very beneficial if you aren't booking an excursion through Carnival. We always bought FTTS until achieving Platinum status.
