Review summary

It stormed and the boat was extremely rocky, but it was an awesome first cruise!

Embarkation

Of course there are lines, but it moved pretty fast!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dining in the dining room has to be one of my faves. We had the “set dining time” and they catered to us wonderfully! The buffets were okay, but not terrible!! Over all it was nice! (Even though it was spring break and a little crowded)

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There were tons to do- I can’t ever seeing anyone getting bored. The cruise director was fabulous and a lot of fun. I’m not one to participate in activities in front of a lot of people, but I enjoyed watching!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
They played, “my heart will go on” and to be honest it gave me titanic vibes!! Lol!! However, the musicians were amazing!! We had fun going and watching karaoke! I do think one thing they could fix, is making everything more family friendly. At bingo they had made some comments that were too colorful for my taste!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Phenomenal staff!!! You really build relationships with them at the end of the week, which is really fun!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
As clean as it possibly can be

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our steward were so kind! Enjoyed them a lot!

Ship tip

Spring break is packed out, and LOTS of partying and college kids. If you like that kind of environment, great! If not, I would advise booking sometime other than March!

Ports of call

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

2 out of 5
Not much going on. We took a tour in meridia so we could see the true culture of mexico!
