Overall really had a great time! Cruise director Adam was awesome, friendly, and communicated often! Good times.

Embarkation

Everyone (!!) was confined to an area for hours and so everyone had to board at the same time! Elevators were closed for luggage delivery so we all had the use stairways! I have health problems and climbing 9 flights of stairs almost gave me a heart attack! Ridiculous to do that! Rough way to start a cruise. (After that first day, it was better but is was a ridiculous thing to do the first day! Dangerous for elderly!

After the first day, they went out of their way to greet us and take care of us! Our dining room attendant the whole week was Rhamat and he was incredible!

Clean:yes. Maintained: not so much. Ship is showing much age and deterioration. We heard that is was sailing soon for dry dock for an upgrade. Much needed

Enjoyable. Our excursion was cenote on a little island. Escort was good and took care of us. Excursion itself was disappointing . Only lasted 1 1/2 hours instead of five hours as advertised.
