Food and Dining

All of the areas that we ate in were impeccably spotless. In the main diningroom (Paris Diningroom was the one we were "assigned" to), the food was much better. Of the 2 dinner meals we ate in there, the Prime Rib was great and our favorite was the Lasagna - Shrimp cocktail and the beer, cheddar ale soup (appetizer) was our favorites. Was disappointed in the Chocolate Melting cake. Was not at all what I expected. Pot o' crème w/ buttered popcorn was good. Our absolute favorite place to eat was the Blue Iguana Cantina - BEST burritos we ever ate - favorites were steak burrito and shrimp burritos!

Guy's Burger Joint

Disappointed in this one - UNLESS you could time it just right when the burgers came off the grill and were hot and the fries had just been taken out of the fryer, I wouldn't waste my time on this one again.

Enjoyed the Alterr Band just outside the Monaco Casino very much - Played all ranges of music from Country (David Allan Coe) to Rock and Roll and Classic Rock and Roll (Lynard Skynard!) Always something going on from Bingo to Trivia games

This was a handicapped accessible room and it was wonderful for my husband, who is disabled.

Ship tip

Get ready to do some walking!! LOL!! My calves are still sore!! Definitely check out the Alterr Band just outside of the casino. Play a game of Bingo, and purchase some onboard t-shirts when they go onsale. Purchase a photo made on formal night - I was thrilled at how well ours turned out.

Cartons of cigerattes and vanilla are way cheaper @ this port, than in Cozumel, IF you can wait for them!
