The majority of the crew seemed bitter about having to serve you. Pizza guy was grumpy as could be, every day. We saw room steward first night and asked if he could make up room once in the evening instead of twice a day. The only towel art we could recognize was the heart. We took pictures so we could ask friends, what animal is this? On royal Caribbean we saw her every day in the hallway smiling and greeting us. The food was better and ship layout was much better on royal caribbean. Triumph has the smoking casino on level 5 in the middle of the ship and the only deck not exposed to weather that you can walk from the front to the back of the ship. Hope you like smelling like smoke. That is also where most of the portrait backdrops were located.

Guy's burger joint was good, excellent fries, buffet brisket was very fatty, the side dishes never changed no matter what they were serving as the main cut of meat. Seafood joint had snow crab $21 lb and shrimp $19, they cut the back of the shell before boiling, made it super easy to peel but they ran out of shell crackers of my crab legs and didn't tell me until after he gave me my food!? Said they won't bring him any more, WHAT? So I went to buffet dining and tried to communicate with a girl bussing tables and when she finally figured out what I wanted she went to the dishwasher and brought me a clean one. Tipped her $5.

Adult comedy was Dennis? Every other word was F this and F that, then he tried picking up on someone in the audience. I knew I'd her cussing but when your whole skit is standing there and saying FFFFFFFF,? Say something that's actually funny.

Design sucked, only 2 decks you could walk front to back and one was exposed to rain and the other exposed to smoke. You could go front to back on your cabin deck too, down those narrow halls. if you came up or down to the floor you wanted in the wrong elevator or stairs, then is back down or up to level 5 or 9 to get where you wanted to go. two days just to figure out how to get where you wanted to go.
Cabin / Stateroom

Last night they stored luggage behind my wall until 11:30 and needed to be up at 6:30 to eat and leave, do not pick the cabin!

if your in the middle or front of the ship yo can't get back to Paris dining room from deck 3.
I am sorry that you had a bad time. Personally I was well treated by the crew on the Triumph during both of my cruises on her this year. I met many wonderful crew and had a wonderful time.
That pizza guy schleps in the heat all day long for the never-ending line of wineypants customers. If anyone deserves to be grumpy, it would be him.
Any Tye, your right the RCCL pizza girl is much nicer in the AC, but with really, really lousy pizza.
