Review summary
Ship was awful. Cabin was horrific, no sleep entire cruise all we heard was engines. At one point room was shaking so badly that itvwas like an earthquake, cups fell off of dresser area, cosmetics off of bathroom sink and shower supplies fell into shower. This was not from the seas being rough but the ship itself. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Ceiling in room was disgusting in grate of lights. When I approached desk about anything was given we are full so sorry. I even was looking to book a future cruise and they handed me a booklet and said there you go. I sailed NCL 2 weeks prior and after this experience will never book with carnival again.Embarkation
