Alvin and Daniel were the absolute best at dinner. Very professional and attentive. Our steward, Putrawan, was also fantastic. Room was always so clean, and he made sure we always had ice. Always greeted my husband and I by name. Staff was amazing.

Room was not as cool as expected, but room steward was great on reporting and even got a fan for the room. Carnival compensated us for the inconvenience, which was very unexpected. Our stay was still fantastic regardless. The room, however, was very clean and accommodating.
