Review summary

We had to stand outside in the heat for hours before going inside and we couldn’t stay with our family because they had different times to board than us. My family has been going on cruises for years and never experienced this type of awful treatment from staff. The rooms were outdated and so was the ship. They need better maps of the ship to locate things easily. Ketut and Lalu were the most amazing staff we could ask for.

You pick you own check-in time. You guys should have picked the same. Maybe more planning for the next cruise. Maybe try a travel agent so they can make sure everyone has the same check-in time as well as sitting together at dinner

If you had to wait hours to board, that is because you showed up earlier than your check in time. I guess you thought you were more important than those who actually did what they were told.

They are refitting it next year. Check reviews before you book and you wont be disappointed.
