Review summary
Cruise itself was great, disembarking at New Orleans was horrible. Stood in a hot line for hours while luggage carriers haggled us to take their bags so that they could make money, only to get to the end of the line and see only 2 agents doing checks and they weren't even checking luggage. This was purely a way for them to make money off toting our luggage for us. I wouldn't cruise from New Orleans again if I am to expect that at disembarkation.Embarkation
