We were on the triumph in May and enjoyed it. The staff was awesome and well as the food. The shows were wonderful. Sorry you had such a bad experience. Maybe cruising is not your thing. We have our next cruise already booked again in May. Perhaps your next experience will be better. Happy cruising

We won't either. Worst staff ever dining food was horrible. If you just want to eat burgers and buffet this is your cruise but if you like the carnival experience with fun, friendly staff and shows this is not the boat for you. I think their staff must need a break because they did not seem to like their job at all
