Great cruise on the Triumph with my dad! The crew is the best ever and they spoiled us the entire cruise!

I love the Port of New Orleans. Embarkation and debarkation is very easy. I love sailing down the Mississippi River and it helps living just a 3 hour drive away.

We enjoy the lounge and we loved the shows! We were fortunate to meet the female lead singer, a male dancer, and three female dancers!

Service and Staff

Our cabin steward Melinda and her supervisor Piya were fabulous! We loved our wait staff as well. Our favorite staff member was Mariana a hostess from the Ukraine. She was super sweet and spoke to us every day. She spent a bit of time chatting with us and actually invited us to a private food tasting in the ship's galley the last night of the cruise! We sampled 19 dishes that were made just for my dad and I. It was fabulous and we felt special!

The ship is in relatively good shape despite her age. The only issue worth reporting was a sewage smell one day that was noticed in a few places then disappeared. Not an issue for us.

Ship tip

Enjoy the Triumph and please take time to get to know crew members. It paid off for us on this cruise as we not only received a bottle of wine from Guest Service, we got a food tasting in the ship's galley, and got a lot of private time with 5 of the main stage performers.
