Review summary

The boat was old and well worn. It looked like a old motel that I couldn't check out of quick enough. There was mildew and rust in our shower and our room had more dents and scratches in it than I could count. All the previous perks of cruising(free room service, quality food choices) are no longer included and are an extra up charge. The shows were great but you have to be able to view them thru the waiters who are constantly walking around during the show serving drinks and having receipts signed while standing right in front of you.

Room service is still free till 10 pm. There are plenty of free items and a few with the upcharge.

@ Nathan i don’t think Carnival is bottom of the barrel! Every cruise line has those ships that aren’t as ‘great’ as the others, I cruise the larger ships in the Carnival line and absolutely love it! The ships and service, food and entertainment are amazing!

People will always find something to complain about instead of saying I had a wonderful vacation something a lot of people can't say but when you want something for nothing I guess that is what you do

So true jallaway, Carnival is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to cruise lines.

As many have already posted. Don't go to the Holiday Inn when you think you will be getting the Hilton. If you pay 3-4x the Triumph rate, everything will be fine.

Sorry to hear that. I sailed her twice this year and everything was good. They only charge for certain room service special items.

Wonderful

Enoyed the cruise. The family had a wonderful time just wished that the weather could have been a little more agreeable in Cozumel.
