Review summary

Great time / great cruise! Ready to go again. Plenty to keep you busy. Great crews and great cruise director. Some down time, but not too much. Being all inclusive makes it a good bang for your buck.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Arrived early, no wait. Person at desk was very kind but had repeated difficulties with our sign and sail cards. Brought us the wrong persons card, remade the card for the wrong person and then couldn't remember which card had been activated. Became a longer than necessary process. After that waited about 10 minutes and boarded without incident.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was hot, fresh, and good. Long lines at times. Plenty of seating. Our assigned dining was good experience but very slow. Dinner typically took 2 hours.

Onboard Activities

Pools were always packed and so were the hot tubs. The shows were amazing! A lot of hard work and training had gone into them. Highly recommend going to all the how's you can.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

From our steward to the waiters they were all GREAT. Called us by name and treated us like family.

Ship Quality

They clean all day and night, non stop. My not be perfect but they sure do try!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Typical small size but seemed more comfortable with king bed and twin rollaway for3 of us. Towel animals are adorable

Ship tip

The location of our cabin was perfect. We could go out of our room and walk out a door at end of hall onto a deck on very front of boat. Most didn't know about this deck so it was not populated, if you just wanted some quiet time.

Ports of call

New Orleans, Louisiana

3 out of 5
Spent 5 days prior to cruising in New Orleans. The tour saved the day! It explained and answered many questions. The roads are in rough shape, not the cleanest town, a bit confusing. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

Cozumel, Mexico

Rented a dune buggy and toured on our own. The high $$$ resorts appeared nice. Very commercial and touristy. Went all the way around the island. The opposite side from cruise port was picture perfect and beautiful. Ate at Coconuts. Great views good bar food. City was messy and dirty when not in resort area.

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

5 out of 5
Loved this area. Took a tour purchased off Internet. Got lucky! Ivan our tour guide was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and area. A must see area. From the ruins to the city was impressive. This port was the best yet!

Disembarkation

They work hard to make this run as smoothly as possible. A bit slow but no complaints.
