Review summary

We had a great time - the weather was beautiful in Cozumel. Our room stewards were kind and helpful. The room was clean - the bathroom was "old" though. Biggest issue - the smoking odor throughout the ship. Couldn't take it, felt miserable for several days after.

Musical entertainment was very good - comedians so-so, as usual.

Omelettes, burrito breakfast bar = wonderful. Some meals in the London dining room were overdone/bland. Servers were good. The blonde maitre d' from Budapest was very friendly and helpful.

Fairly well maintained - they were working on it constantly while we were traveling. Would never get in the pools though !

Thank you Muzemmil and his team - very kind, helpful, attentive. A pleasure! The room was well-maintained - not his fault that the bathroom felt dated and below my standards. The balcony was nice, but small. Please find a way to let travelers know that the smoking area is directly below this room. The room was very cold - bad "sewage" odor on first day, gone by the time we were at sea and replaced by the smoke.
