Review summary

The Truimp is a nice boat. It is understaffed. The casino staff was by far the best bar and the only one that made you feel appreciated. The bars on the pool deck flat out sucked. Barely took your order and never smiled. They all looked like they were bored and would rather had been anywhere but there.

Food was just ok. The dining room staff was extremely nice but again understaffed.

No smells like others complained about. Seas were rough and boat was rocking pretty good. Not a big issue for myself.

I will not go on this cruise again. Cozumel was beautiful and progesso was ok. But I have been to these ports before and would like to see something else.

Dont go on this trip if you expect great service and friendly staff at the pool. You will have to get your own drinks. No problem finding a chair at the pool.

Rooms were a decent size.

Guys burgers was good, dining room food was good not great. The buffet could have been better and pizza is a flat bread type pizza with no sauce or cheese. They seemed to go really cheap on the food.

Room was a good size, you will have to work around the room staff to get your room cleaned. They do stock up on toilet paper so they don't have to be asked for any extra.

Ship tip

The rooms are ready by 2PM so if you are boarding later no need to bring a lot on board when boearding.

I don't necessarily agree about being understaffed and didn't have negative experiences at other bars but the casino bar was definitely my favorite!

So sorry you had issues. Just got off the Triumph myself & had a different experience. Always great service by the bar staff & very friendly. Dinner was delicious & new menu items were a welcome change. Our staff knew on day 2 what extras we liked & made sure to always have them for us. The Seafood Corner had some amazing choices & a very reasonable price. Room Steward provided top notch service.
