Review summary

The ship was amazing as for the staff, courteous , friendly and always smiling!😀

Our room was excellent , a little cold but good, there was enough storage for our belongings.

The food was Amazing and entertainment was great!!

Our only disappointment was that our excursion in Cozemel was cancelled. My husband were really looking forward to laying out on the beach and playing in the water. 😩

Negative comments occur because bad things are.more impactful than positive. Everyone remembers the guy cutting you off in traffic but do not remember the drive where nothing happened. However, you also have to look for patterns in the reviews. If a number of people complain about the same thing (I.e., many people say food is bad) there is a problem. If there is no pattern it may be more disappointment than a problem.

Cruised Feb 27th through March 3rd on Triumph. I was worried too when I read all the negative reviews. I thought the room was fine, the dinner was delicious and the wait staff at the dining room were amazing. Yes there is room for improvements in other areas but overall it was fun. I loved the tacos on Lido deck, so I would have liked them to stay open after 2:30 pm. :)

There will always be those that have a negative view if everything is not perfect. I know we will have a great time... 35 days!

kimroberts...I am seeing all of these negatives also about the Triumph and I am baffled by them! I have been on the Triumph twice and never had any issues....Triumph was my first cruise and it's what led to my addiction, lol! It has been a little over a year since I have sailed on her but I am sure it couldn't have changed that much. She is outdated in the decor but the food, shows, crew and the cruise director were all amazing!
