Awesome! Loved the view and being able to step out of my room to listen and watch the ocean. Very relaxing!

I've only been on 3 cruises and only on the Elation, it's a small ship compared to others! I enjoyed each cruise and the service was excellent, the bartenders remembered my name and as busy as they were they always greeted you with a smile. My next cruise April 4 2016 is on the Triump and thanks to shipmate you can check out each deck, the deck my cabin is on has so much to do! I can't wait

remember these people dont have days off and work months at a time and away from their families for long periods of time, they work on tips

I have worked customer service jobs all my life and the abuse you take is daunting I applaud the staff they do work hard and take a lot and courtesy is not owed to me if I am an ass to them

I love the staff on Triumph, they are great. With that being said, they do choose to work there and if smiling is part of their job, then they need to keep smiling regardless.

It's weird how some ppl complain about the staff not being available..but I've always seen them working very hard!
