Review summary

First cruise...probably last cruise. Very crowded, very hot in the buffet room, way too many people to even enjoy any of the 3 pools, no places to sit at pools, food was very disappointing, it really is NOT all inclusive. The good things were the staff was always friendly, drinks were good and excursion was great! I think it is just what you prefer....for us it will not be a cruise again.

We were drugged at the San Francisco beach resort....and our credit card was charged $600 for 10 drinks and a plate of nachos. be very careful

I just hot back from my 7th CCL cruise since 2008. Had no complaints about any of them. Next years is already booked.

I have been on this boat and understand the sentiment, it was a horrible experience. however I have been on other cruises and been blown away , royal carribean is the way to go.
