5 Night Western Caribbean (New Orleans Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 22, 2011
Cabin Type: Oceanview

We have limited cruise experience and none on Carnival. I had not assumed that Carnival was going to be as nice as some other cruise lines, but would be fine for our children -- and I was wrong. The crew/staff of the Triumph were better than any on our prior ships. The entire experience within the control of the cruise line and their employees was competent and friendly. We would definiately use them again and recommend them to others.

Developing port area. Excellent options to see various Mayan ruin sites.

Our favorite seaside resort in Mexico. We just love driving around the island and visiting its many beaches.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and genuine.

Cons: Aging adults with a frat party mentality that drink and smoke too much and make fools of themselves.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!
