The ship was nice, a little smaller than what we've done before. The outside theater and water slide was a great addition

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We were really impressed with the food. The buffet had great options and great quality. It wasn't just your basics even on the first lunch after embarking. The sandwich shop and Chinese food was amazing and the dinner dining food was great. The chocolate melting cake is a must have for dinner!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The comedy club was amazing and the variety and quality of comedians impressive. They had lots of show times and different levels: some for families and some R rated for a great night after dinner.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The service people seemed burned out and a little disillusioned. But Noonan, the Cruise Director was the best we've ever seen. He was authentic, hilarious and not cheesy at all.

Ship Quality

The main rooms were great. The decor was a little drab but the art work in the stairwells was fantastic!

Cabin / Stateroom

We had originally booked a regular interior room but "upgraded" us for free. We had a room with two port holes which was great but they gave us one twin bed on the ground and one coming down from the ceiling. We are a married couple excited to relax a romantic week together and this was horrible! The staff was not helpful at all and blamed us for booking the room but we really just booked a normal interior room from the beginning! The problem was not really solved and it began our trip on a bad note.

We took a taxi to Paradise Beach and if you walk a few steps down the beach there are free chairs and umbrellas, a great beach, and fun bouncy things on the water to play on.

Belize City, Belize

Definitely book an excursion for this. We normally just walk around and find a beach but this town is very run down and actually scary.

Pros: comedy and variety of great food

Cons: service and booking surprises
