The Carnival Triumph is a magnificent ship. Even though it's huge, it doesn't seem crowded.

This was a terrible port. Unfriendly people, poor shops, high prices. The taxi drivers and others follow you around constantly. The shopping area is dirty and uninviting, and feels unsafe.

There were certainly lots of land tours available--something available for every taste. However, they haven't fixed their hurricane destruction yet, so they still tender you in to port.
