Our room steward "Anthony" was rude and a poor communicator. He got upset with me because I called Quest Services to report two issues in our suite. He informed me that he should receive all calls and was very rude about it. One of our three checked bags was lost as we where leaving the ship and suddenly appeared after we waited for more than an hour at the dock. We believe that Anthony deliberately hid our third bag as revenge because I reported his behavior to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager the night before we arrived back at the Charleston port.

I called Anthony at 1pm and told him we wanted new bed linens and the bathroom cleaned, No one showed up so at 3pm i called again and the lady had someone at our door within 10 minutes.

There's a comment I heard on a YouTube channel. "Never piss off somebody who is alone with your toothbrush." That doesn't really help your situation, but it's something to think about
